Install
/plugin install cloudflare@cloudflareCloudflare Skills are official Agent Skills for building on Cloudflare: Workers, Durable Objects, the Agents SDK, MCP servers, Wrangler and the wider developer platform. Skills load automatically when your request matches their triggers, giving Claude current, product-specific guidance.
Who it is for
Developers deploying on Cloudflare who want Claude to pick the right product, write idiomatic Workers and Durable Objects code, and use Wrangler correctly instead of relying on older training data. Also useful for teams building AI agents on Cloudflare’s Agents SDK.
What it covers
Skills include cloudflare (product discovery and routing), agents-sdk (stateful agents with scheduling, RPC, MCP servers, email and streaming chat), durable-objects, wrangler, workers-best-practices, workers-profiling, sandbox-stable and sandbox-next, cf-cli, nextjs-on-cloudflare, web-perf (Core Web Vitals audits), turnstile-spin, cloudflare-email-service, cloudflare-one, plus data products like basin and k2.
Install
In Claude Code, from the README:
/plugin marketplace add cloudflare/skills
/plugin install cloudflare@cloudflare
For other agents:
npx skills add https://github.com/cloudflare/skills
Or copy skill folders into ~/.claude/skills/.
Example prompts
Build a chat agent on the Agents SDK with persistent state and scheduled tasks
Design a Durable Object for a multiplayer room with WebSockets and alarms
Deploy this Worker with a D1 binding and an R2 bucket using Wrangler
Audit this landing page for LCP and render-blocking resources
Tips and limits
- The bundled MCP server can act on your account; review changes before deploying.
- Sandbox skills distinguish stable from the 1.0 preview; say which one you use.
- Some products need paid plans; the skills explain features, not your billing.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need to add a marketplace first?
Yes for Claude Code: run /plugin marketplace add cloudflare/skills, then /plugin install cloudflare@cloudflare. It is also listed in Anthropic's official marketplace.
Does the plugin include an MCP server?
Yes. The native plugin installs both Cloudflare guidance and the Cloudflare MCP server; skills-only installs skip the MCP part.
Which skill should I start with?
The cloudflare skill helps the agent pick the right Cloudflare products and then routes to the specific skills and docs.
